Magic, danger, and adventure abound for messenger Karigan G'ladheon in author Kristen Britain's New York Times-bestselling Green Rider fantasy series • "First-rate fantasy." —Library Journal
Karigan G’ladheon is a Green Rider—a seasoned member of the elite messenger corps of King Zachary of Sacoridia. King Zachary sends Karigan and a contingent of Sacoridians beyond the edges of his nation, into the mysterious Blackveil Forest, which has been tainted with dark magic by a twisted immortal spirit named Mornhavon the Black.
In a magical confrontation against Mornhavon, Karigan is jolted out of Blackveil Forest and wakes in darkness. She’s lying on smooth, cold stone, but as she reaches out, she realizes that the stone is not just beneath her, but above and around her as well. She’s landed in a sealed stone sarcophagus, some unknown tomb, and the air is becoming thin.
Is this to be her end? If she escapes, where will she find herself? Is she still in the world she remembers, or has the magical explosion transported her somewhere completely different? To find out, she must first win free of her prison— before it becomes her grave. And should she succeed, will she be walking straight into a trap created by Mornhavon himself?

Another Amazing Book
Congratulations Kristen for another amazing book in the Green Rider series. Not only did you take us out of time and place but you gave us a brand-new story while bringing us back to the past. The bittersweet ending of this book made me realize you would not fall into cliché patterns so often done by other writers. If you are reading this and have not read Kristen Briton's books please start with the first of the series: Green Rider. Believe me you will read them all in succession after that. I tried to read this book slowly and savor every moment but as things heated up I could not put it down. This is what it's been like for everyone of her books. Enjoy her work it is excellent!
I have not read fantasy books for awhile but I do really enjoy a good one. I found The Green Rider series and 'binge' read one after the other. Brilliant character development, adventure, romance and especially a strong female lead had me hooked. Mirror Sight is incredibly imaginative, taking our heroine to a very unexpected place, yet keeps us connected to the homeland.
I'm so impressed with this author and can't wait for the next book. Great great great!
I have read all of her books since Green Rider and have dealt with her idiosyncratic characters, but enough is enough. I will probably read the next book because it is like watching a train wreck, nevertheless Mirror Sight sucked.
