Miss Switch not only conjures the fates of vile villains, she's witchy and witty with a perfect sensibility for young readers (and their parents) seeking light adventure, some familiar characters, and good family reading. A book that works for boys and girls both!
Barbara Brooks Wallace Does it Again!
She's back and witch-craftier than ever! "Miss Switch and the Vile Villains" is a wonderful story complete with the ever adventurous sixth graders at Pepperdine Elementary, talking animals, storybook villains and the evil Saturna. A fun read and a sure to lure kids to the classics. Barbara Brooks-Wallace has done it again!

I'm a big follower of witch stories -- and this series is one of my favorites. It's written in a classic, timeless manner -- and my daughter thought it was a lot of fun to read. That makes it a winner for me!
