Lexi Graves is back...
After PI Lexi Graves is approached to investigate an accident which has left the homeowner, Sophie Takahashi, in a coma, she quickly realizes the case isn't quite as clear cut as first appears. For one thing, Sophie's injuries are inconsistent with her supposed accident. Secondly, her husband is suspicious she might not be who she says she is. Who really is the woman in the hospital bed? And why would someone want to hurt her?
As Lexi ponders the merits of the case, she's caught up in a bank robbery. The heist crew are clearly professional, yet not a penny is stolen. With the police and FBI sniffing around, the nervous bank manager needs their help. There's only one small problem: he won't tell them what's missing.
Tracking down a mystery attacker, confirming an identity, and solving a bank robbery? Just a regular week for Montgomery's most peppy PI!

TOTALLY OBSESSED WITH LEXI GRAVES!
TOTALLY OBSESSED WITH LEXI GRAVES! I get so excited when I find out there is another installment in the Lexi Graves series, and this book was no exception! This book focuses on Lexi’s professional world and working as a PI, while the previous books involved a combination of her love life and professional life. In the beginning of the book, we see Lexi somehow get involved with a bank robbery after taking on a new client. While she comes out of the robbery unharmed, something doesn’t sit well with her around it and thankfully her husband decides to take the case on because I have a feeling, she would’ve taken it anyways. While she juggles two cases, we get the typical humor of Lexi and her personality as she investigates, and she stumbles upon the knowledge that the two cases she’s working on involve each other! Once Lexi starts putting all the pieces together and combines both cases, she solves everything and saves the day once again. The suspense of both cases really kept me on my feet, and once the link between them was found, I was on the edge of my seat putting the pieces together myself! Can’t wait for the next installment!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
