Having no one and no where to go, Lady Felicity Winters agrees to an arranged marriage, as she is in need of the kind of protection that only having a husband and a home of her own can provide.
Theodore (Tad) Harcourt agrees to an arranged marriage to bolster his family’s standing in society as he is the son of a merchant and a merchant himself.
Although his life has been all about business facts and figures, Tad is eager to become a husband worthy of his wife, despite his fears of not being good enough for her.
This is a tender and beautifully written love story of two people trying to find their way in society and to love with each other. They each must overcome their insecurities and doubt before they can fully open their hearts to one another.
Beautifully descriptive, Sally’s writing immerses you into the magical winter wonderland as Felicity and Tad find a love neither of them expected.

Sweet Christmas Romance
Such a sweet romance! This book is pretty slow paced but it’s perfect if you want something cozy to read. The language is so descriptive and beautiful. The romance between Tad and Felicity is very much a slow burn. I love the respect they have for one another and the hope they each have for something more! Tad especially is such a gentleman and I love how he treated Felicity.
