The Montgomery Ink saga continues with a bonus romance between two strangers on a path of healing that leads to something far more.
Zia Clarkson thought she found her happily ever after, not once, but twice. Her first love is now engaged, and her second love broke more than her heart. Heart and soul bruised; she’s not looking for a relationship. Ever. Especially not with the uptight Meredith Legend who stars in her fantasies.
They promised each other one night of passion. And when the sun rises, they’ll walk away—even if they’re both lying to themselves about why.
A great short that gives Zia, Bristol’s best friend, another chance at happiness again. She’s left a bad past behind, and becomes taken with her beautiful neighbor next door. Meredith has her own bad past she’s trying to heal from, and even though they mutually decide to just have fun, neither can help the feels that come barreling through. Their story was quite enjoyable!
Moments in Ink
There are a few things that I loved about this book. First it was my first F/F and it was solid 5 starts. Second, one of my favorite running themes/jokes in the whole series is how the Montgomery family knows everyone and of course Both Zia & Meredith are entwined with the Montgomery’s.
M.I. is one of my all time favorite series, and the fun novellas for the side characters is just one of the reasons it stays at the very top of the list.
Loved it !
This was such a great novella all I can say is you have to read it ! Zia and Meredith have the chemistry but with her pass it's hard to think about it future with someone again but with a passion like theirs anything is possible.
