Moments of Mayhem

This is the third book in The Hunters series, and it is Kenzo’s story. I will caution those with triggers to proceed with care. Can you say speechless? That is how you will feel when this book ends and all is said and done. When they coined the phrase opposites attract, they had Mayve and Kenzo as the representatives to back it up. Mayve is a timid, shy woman who does everything in her power to stay in the background until one night when she comes into contact with a blast from her past. Kenzo was only going about his life, doing his job when he came across a woman with wicked eyes that he could just not let go of. These two are absolute FIRE together and their banter will make you laugh out loud! Ms. Smith definitely hit it out of the park with these two and it must be read for full effect. If you enjoy dark romances with an obsessive, possessive alpha male then this is one to add to your shelf. I hope that the author decides to revisit these brothers in the future to see where they are and how they are settling into their lives.

I have been waiting for Kenzo’s story so impatiently.
I adored all three of the Hunter Brothers but Kenzo had my interest piqued and he intrigued me.
He’s intense and extreme. He loves or he hates. And he most always leans on the hate side.
Kenzo is loyal almost to the point of being naive. Which he most is not.
I absolutely loved Mayve! What a wonderful young lady she is.
She’s such a sweetheart. Her quirkiness is so freaking endearing.
Thinking she’s talking to herself in her head but actually saying her thoughts out loud was hilarious.
Her and Kenzo are completely total opposites in EVERY SINGLE WAY.
But they are so perfect for each other.
Their dynamics are so unique and so unusually but it fits their personalities and who they are.
I so appreciated how Kenzo’s presence made such a difference in her demeanor.
I loved she was able to find her confidence because she knew without a doubt he would never let harm come to her. So that made her be able to spread her wings and fly.
And she also gave him comfort and calm. She made him see intimacy so differently.
They were just each other’s calm and peace. And it didn’t hurt that they are so freaking hot together.
Great last book for these three amazing brothers and the strong women who see them and love them.
