Amrita comes to Mumbai in search of her brother, but instead finds the city steeped in greed and selfishness. She meets Anand, a responsible young man who is directly involved with a welfare organisation for women.
Amrita finds herself in the company of women who have been abused, but are now looking to make more of their lives. Inspired by them, she takes on the challenge of reforming a family that has lost all its values in the run for money.
However, her challenge extends to battling some criminal elements as well—and things get complicated when Anand goes missing. Will Amrita succeed? More importantly, will she find her brother?
