Monroe T. Laws v. State Delaware

(1) Defendant, Monroe T. Laws, was found guilty after a jury trial of unlawful sexual intercourse in the first degree (three counts). He was sentenced by the court on those offenses on September 12, 1989. As to each charge of unlawful sexual intercourse first degree, he was imprisoned for a life term, the first twenty years of which are mandatory.
