ARC
I received an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
This is the first book that I have ever read by this author and I was not disappointed. I really enjoyed meeting Jamie and Rachel and feel that this story can be pretty believable. Jamie’s been admiring Rachel since he was in Middle School and now their time is finally right. I would definitely be happy to read the next book in this series and hopefully get more of an insight into the relationship between Dylan and Laurel.
Having children of my own with a significant age difference between them, I have seen first hand how they can have crushes on their siblings friends- it definitely seems like the relationship that Jamie and Rachel have could happen in real life.
Written Like Porn
The writing has lots of potential but the way the steamy parts were like porn and there are way too many of them. The hero was likeable but can’t even make up for the lack of strength of character of the heroine.
Montana Defender
Fun read. Sexy romance. Great scenery depictions.
