Sweetest story ever. Full of action and danger and intrigue. Kept me on the edge of my seat and pages turning steadily. Couldn’t put it down. Loved the HEA.
Hot Sexy SEAL Alert!
Daphne Miller meets "Boomer" while on what was supposed to be her honeymoon. Boomer, an Alpha Navy Seal sniper, can't leave a beautiful woman crying on the beach in Cozumel. He comforts Daphne that evening. The rest of her "honeymoon is spent enjoying each other's company. On her last night there, she slips out of bed to avoid saying goodbye. As she walks back to her room, she stumbles across a murder. She attempts to help the woman, but fails. As she's running away from the murderer, she's safely "taken" by Chuck. Chuck claims to be with DEA and is investigating the Senator's son in several deaths. He promises to help protect Daphne--in The Witness Protection program.
Boomer searches for Daphne, but can't find any trace of her before leaving Cozumel. Boomer is then shipped off on another tour. While serving his country, he does things he can't forget. While he suffers from PTSD now, he is offered a job with The Brotherhood Protectors. His first job, protecting Daphne....
I LOVED this novel! It has action, romance, a sassy, quick-witted heroine, and a suffering Alpha Navy Seal, secret baby all packed into one novel. I started reading and didn't want to put it down. I highly recommend this novel. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.
