How can one summarize a mood swing? Mood Swingz is a book that reflects on how I feel day to day. As being diagnosed with bipolar disorder, my mood changes often. As a woman, I have a natural aura of instants mental gratification to achieve the outcome of success. Within my decision making process, Mood Swingz demonstrates the then and now. The yesterday and today that society inflicts on a mental health outpatient.

The impact of being diagnosed with a mental illness felt like defeat in which I felt as though I could not determine my outcome of thought.

Today, I have summed this voyage up to introduce Mood Swingz, a book that summarizes my personal journey into a new chapter of womanhood, “acceptance”.
