Suspense and romance
Loved this newest book in the Dirigo Pack series, which can be read as a stand-alone, but I’d recommend starting with Alpha Moon first, just for a bit more background. The intrigue and suspense of the pack politics adds an interesting layer to the budding romance between two string characters. I love that Sloane is Benedict’s bodyguard, and he is, in a way, the more vulnerable wolf.
There was no putting this book down, there’s too many twists and turns, in addition to the characters I couldn’t get enough of. No spoilers, so I’m not saying anything else…except I loved it and can’t see what’s up next,
Entertaining, cool series!
Interesting shifter romance with enemies on the loose causing problems for Sloane, Benedict, and the pack! Totally sweet and steamy connection between Benedict and Sloane. Sloane and Benedict do that whole trying to resist the pull between them thing, but ultimately, they can’t deny their chemistry. Love that scenario! Fun action and danger too! Really loving this series!
