But as with all eternal questions, the practical answer might be, can they complement each other?

In the Remembered Earth Universe: Lunar Series, those that would capitalize on Moon settlement want it done as cheaply as possible, that would be with AI and robots. But AI and robots don't always do the job, and when they don't, men have to pick up the pieces. But at what cost?
