Moonbeams, Mistletoe, and Murder

Just when everything in Maeve Pruitt's life seems to be falling into place, strange things start to happen. When her Great-Aunt Welma shows up and proclaims Maeve a witch, in a long line of witches, she thinks things can't get any weirder. But there is also an incredibly boring warlock, to whom Maeve has apparently been engaged since early childhood, which dashes her fantasies about the hunky contractor who has been helping her prepare her bakery for the town's annual Christmas decorating contest.  

When the head baker from the cafe across the street is found dead in the bakery's pantry with symptoms of poisoning, Maeve has to solve a tangled web of clues before she ends up in prison — or murdered herself. Hopefully, her newly budding magical skills will come in handy — if she can keep her spells from ending in disaster.
