Mornings in Two Pan
Publisher Description
Looking for an engaging story? Mornings in Two Pan. A dark, but laughable mystery. Long after the last page, you’ll want to return to Two
Pan.
Jiggs Woolsey’s aging father rants and threatens if Jiggs turns in the skull he’s uncovered on their Oregon acres. The land has been in their family since the pioneer days, so the cantankerous old-timers of Two Pan, a fizzled-out gold town, may be able to help. If Jiggs can separate their tall tales from what he’d rather not know about his kin and community he’ll discover: what he’s always known about his family—is only half of the truth.

Homespun Believablity
What do you expect when you read the title, Mornings in Two Pan? I didn’t know what or who was Two Pan until I began reading the account of a dysfunctional family living a dysfunctional, but loving life in a small town community filled with the secrets that all towns carry. An extreme reality that this could be any small town’s story. Reading about Two Pan and the Woolsleys was seriously funny and sad at the same time. You end up feeling like you know who these people are!
Feel like I know these folks
Actually, I feel sure I'm related to some of them. This book made me smile and roll my eyes and feel empathy. Great characters. Writing that paints a picture and scoots you right into it, never dragging. I can't wait to start the next one in the series.
