Mostly People

I photographed and printed these pictures over the last dozen years. They are not posed, and usually the subjects were unaware of the camera. They are all of strangers; all include people, and often of interactions between two or more individuals. Many were taken in New York, near where I live; others are from my travels in Russia, Israel and Switzerland. The original prints are all in black and white. They were produced in the darkroom and scanned to make this book.
