Great Novella!
I first read this book in the Breaking the Myth anthology. This is the story of the parents of Wynter (from the Daughter of Wynter series). Beira is the mother of the Gods and is lonely. She creates Colan, but he has a little bit more free will than she was expecting. I like that Colan pushes Beira out of her comfort zone. This is a beautiful but bittersweet story.

Beira is the mother of the gods, and the queen of winter. I love winter and I love gods like Greek and Egypt, I really loved this story. Should totally read it
