It's a really interesting book since as am employee it speaks a lot about what my colleagues and I feel. I think n the spare time of many directors and managers, they should read this book. If it wasn't an offense I would hand this into work to help us all. But as the book says, I will be looking for another job which has that appreciation and professional development.
