Mr. Balloon's Technical Romance

Mister Victor Balloon finds a career and love but love is not as sweet as Valentine's Day paints it to be. Mar will not let him mull over it with his typical antics on the table. This leads Victor to have to make some very mature decisions sooner than he hoped. A new lady comes into Victor's life and gives him motivation to become someone he never thought he could be.
