Becoming free from these types of people is going to take work; the main thing I continue to learn is when I fall down, I get up. Kind of like a push up, the more times I do it the easier it becomes till I can really do a great push up. (By the way, I am still working on my push-ups, can't do a one just yet.)
Some days I can taste freedom from ever feeling like this again, other days I wonder if I will ever be anyone different.
