A different perspective
As someone who is trying to cut drinking out of my life, it was nice to get the perspective of what to expect once you’ve been AF for X amount of days. However, was sad that Mrs. D still had cigarettes as a crutch.
Regardless, was happy to stumble across this book that wasn’t the typical self-help book.
Sober Help
This book has helped me tremendously in my sober journey. She is so totally relatable and her struggles were mine as well. Felt like I found a friend to navigate the sober life.
