Good story, weird grammatical errors.
Distain: to take away the color of; hence, to weaken the effect of by comparison; cause to pale; outvie.
Not the same as disdain: to regard or treat with haughty contempt. Would have thought it was a spelling error but it happened more than once. Also seen is not the same as scene.
Story was really sweet though. Just kept getting pulled out of it by poor editing.
