    Amazing pregnancy book

    This book is brilliant and beautiful. I have never seen anything like it. So great to have someone give real advice for a healthy pregnancy in the mind and body. Pregnancy shouldn’t mean giving up on actual exercise and there can be appealing and appetizing food that benefits mom and baby. Bex is an inspiration, I loved the photos and the diary glimpses into her life. I will recommend this book to anyone starting on the baby journey.
