Murder and Misubderstanding depicts the secret reality of paranoid schizophrenia through the eyes of one young man determined to survive and beat the odds. The only son of hard-working immigrants, Shubi was the quintessential All-American suburban kid. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, hard work was the family creed. While his classmates were going out to drink and party on the weekends he was at his father’s store working. Shubi’s strained relationship with his dad ultimately set in motion a chain of events which became the genesis of a downward spiral into madness, murder... and misunderstanding.
