Why only 1 chapter?
Bought and downloaded when it first was available - months ago only one chapter. Was able to get my money back. Tried again - same deal. Would like to read, why is this not fixed yet. Disappointed with Apple.

As the other reviewer correctly states, the download only contains the first chapter. If there’s a customer service remedy for this in Apple Books, it’s not apparent where.
