Publisher Description
Art in the park leads to murder in the dark, creating another crime for the Shepherd sisters to solve.
Savanna Shepherd, an art expert turned elementary art teacher, is planning the Art in the Park festival for her hometown of Carson, Michigan. But apparently, someone isn’t happy that Carson got to host the tourism boosting event and destroys the beloved statue in the park. Then Savanna discovers a local politician’s dead body following a planning committee meeting, and the festival is at risk of being canceled.
Savanna and her sisters are convinced that the arrested murder suspect, a longtime family friend, didn’t do it, despite strong evidence to the contrary. With the help of Dr. Aidan Gallager, Savanna’s new romantic interest, they uncover plenty of hidden resentments, intrigue, and suspects who had a motive for the murder. Can they find out which one of them is behind the framing of an innocent person before the murderer paints them into a corner?
An artful cozy mystery perfect for fans of Krista Davis and Joanne Fluke.

Loved it!
Murder on Display is book #2 in The Shepherd Sisters Mysteries series by Tracy Gardner.
This follow-up to Death by Deception did not disappoint! I love the dynamic with the three sisters and their parents. The three sisters are so different and at different stages of life, but still friends and there for each other. I have a special bond with my nephew so that makes this special too. The mystery was interesting and I was anxious to see who did it. And I like the slowly developing romance with Savanna and Aidan. This series would be fun as Hallmark Mystery movies. Looking forward to the next book!
