A fun fantasy
This was a fun fantasy and I enjoyed it.
Surprising
I enjoyed this book. It was well written with a unique concept. It started out slowly and it was difficult for me to like the main character, Diarmuid. (By the end, I still wasn't sure if I liked him or not.) I really liked the supporting characters, and the world building was good. I would try more in the series for sure.
Muse
Good, quick read. Characters are engaging. Moves at a quick pace.
