A brand new sizzling standalone contemporary romance by New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Katy Evans.
It was supposed to just be a quick trip to Manhattan.
My best friend was heartbroken. She needed support, and I needed inspiration.
I hoped to love the city. Bustling. Crazy. Inspiring New York.
But I ended up at the airport, heading home in the same condition that I arrived.
In a rut.
Add to all that, missing my flight and losing my laptop—the laptop, where the Best Love Story Ever sat on my hard drive.
Enter Noah Steele. Eerily familiar. Movie star. Heartthrob. Sultry romeo with bedroom eyes.
(But we're not going there.)
He missed his flight too.
Noah is so smoldering, lip-bitingly hot, he's not taken seriously as an actor, and is struggling to launch his career in New York.
He's only ever had superficial girlfriends, so he's having trouble showing true passion in his acting—the same challenge I’m having with this book.
When we met, we didn't know that our connection would bring us the change we’d been craving.
That we’d be the very thing the other needed and didn't know.
Each other's muse.
*This book is a complete standalone and no previous reading is necessary to enjoy.
Loved this book!
Muse is unlike any Katy Evans book I've read before and that only makes me love it more. This fun, fast paced, playful read left me with the biggest smile on my face. Of the three Manhattan books, (Muse can be read as a complete standalone) I think this one is my favorite!!
I absolutely adore Becka and Noah. They have an incredible chemistry that you see right off the bat. We were first introduced to Becka in Tycoonl. She is Brynn’s best friend from Texas. As an aspiring romance author she came to New York looking for inspiration. On her way home, she misses her flight home and is stuck in the airport with the sexy stranger who also missed the flight. I swooned hard over Noah Steele. I was only half in hour into the story and I was already fully in love with him. He's cocky and egotistical but also charming and sweet. He was so much more than just a Hollywood superhero actor. He is determined in his pursuit of Rebecca.
Even though this book took place in one weeks time it didn't feel rushed or forced. Noah and Becka's relationship grew organically. I loved their games, their conversations, their connection. Of course, Katy Evans did a great job building the sexual tension between them.
Sometimes you just need a low angst, sweet, read-in-one-sitting instalove book to lift your spirits. Katy Evans’ Muse hits the right spot.
Honestly this was my favorite book from the series. I was so happy that they got their happy ending they deserved it. I loved loved that Noah cared so much about Rebecca
Hands down one of my top 5
I’ve never bothered leaving reviews for the books I’ve read - I read a lot. But this one is too good NOT to say something. If you’re on the fence about reading this, let me give you the push you need... do it! Noah & Rebekah are hands down the sweetest couple and their story will keep you on the edge of your seat. I read this within hours I couldn’t stop.
