I loved the Chakra section and the vocalizing truly helps to lock you into the exercise.

I have just read and listened to this gorgeous book. The sounds, images and words are profound and lovely. My favorite is Chapter 4, the Chakras. What an easy, short, but effective Chakra balancing.
A must for meditators, new and old to the practice. Enjoy!
