Music Theory

This book is a very detailed book and workbook following Music Theory from Rhythm and Basic Notation right through to backing chords and melody writing. There are self correcting quizzes and plenty of practise questions throughout. The book should be studied in the context of a wider study of music analysis, performance and listening. 


It is written in line with the current Junior Cert Music Syllabus however only chapters 6 & 7 focus exclusively on the Irish Curriculum. The book is designed for student led study, with teacher aid and support.
