My Color

Dear Reader,

I've written poetry all my life.
It brought me joy, relief, understanding, heartache, and a hard look in the mirror when it wasn't kicking me in the pants. 

All that is to say, I love these poems. They're little pieces of my soul. My hope is that you might feel a little less lonely, misunderstood, hopeless or afraid, and a little more empowered, brave, honest and thoughtful when you read them. My heart is yours.

Life holds many experiences- good, nasty and in between. Read prose perspectives about heartache, relapse, fear, triumph, and mental health struggles everyone can relate to. We all go through the darkness, but we don't have to believe we are alone.
