Great Read!
My Crazy Heart by marina Hanna is the perfect blend of best-friends-little sister, forbidden romance. Following the story of Melanie Knight, who has been in love with Zachary Cross since she was a little girl. Melanie used to follow Zach and her brother around everywhere, longing for him to see her as more than the annoying younger sister, but it seemed Zach couldn’t get past the pigtails and bro-code…or so she thinks. Zachary, for all his success, good looks, and star-studded life, can’t seem to get over the one woman who got away. He knows it goes against every code wanting Melanie, but he can’t seem to stop comparing his memory of her to everyone else. When their paths cross, the intensity of their connection will burn off the resistance. Will Melanie’s brother be able to cope with his best friend and his sister together? Or will he get in the way of these star-crossed lovers?
If you are looking for a great “off-limits” romance, with emotional tension for days, then this is definitely the book for you. Marina Hanna is a new-to-me author, and I can’t wait to read more from her!
