Phenomenal

This book was great. Although I started reading with high expectations, It was way better than what I initially thought it would be. I read a lot of Victorian era Romance novels and this book was definitely a breath of fresh air, very original and well written. The characters were definitely relatable and easy to understand. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a good book.

Quite unusual

This story was very different from the usual romance. I really liked it. I knew there would be a happy ending, but getting there was tricky. A must read

Romantic & incredibly clever storyline!!!

The storyline was great and different than the typical historical romance and I LOVED it! I won’t give away the story but it was wonderful and hard to put down, and the hero and heroine love-hate relationship was absolutely marvelous. The novel was romantic, funny, sincere, surprising and a great read. Katharine Ashe is an excellent writer and her stories draw the reader in within the first pages of her books. I recommend this, thoroughly enjoyed My Lady, My Lord.
