It’s almost Hearth's Warming Eve, and the Apple family is busy at work preparing an array of tasty apple treats for all of Ponyville. But when a mysterious creature starts ruining their crop, Applejack sets out to find out who's behind this tomfoolery! Who, or what, is the SASS SQUASH??

Magnets; how do they work?
My biggest problem with this one overall is not specific to this comic, but to Applejack in general: she is so obviously best pony that the writer's have a hard time finding any faults of hers for her to learn a lesson about, and thus her episodes (or comics) lack much character growth that wasn't already addressed way back in "Applebuck Season". This is probably the biggest reason she rates lowest out of the Mane 6 in terms of popularity. But it's a vicious cycle: she has no faults so she gets less character growth; she gets less character growth so she becomes less popular; she is less popular so they don't bother to make episodes/merchandise about her. We must break the cycle! VOTE APPLEJACK FOR BEST PONY!!
Anyways, I still love the comic. The art is great and the story at least does the same lesson in an original way. On it's own, the comic deserves a 5/5 which is why I rated it such. It's only on a macro level when things start to get fishy.
Oh, and I almost spit water all over my couch when I saw this coming out of little Apple Bloom's mouth. I cannot properly express how much I freaking love these people. So... <3
