I have decided to follow a low carbohydrate diet for the rest of my life. Good perspective of a low carb diet.
This is a good book to introduce a low-carb style of living. It gives you information about the science behind the diet and the way the body digests different nutrients. I suggest this book to motivate those of us who need a jump start into low-carb livin'. The book is nice, short, to the point.
It is past my bed time but I couldn't stop reading this! I finished this whole book in about an hour! Your dedication and knowledge are appreciated! This book gave me a lot of knowledge that I will use. I am on a low carb diet but now that you explained how the body works, I am definitely sticking with it! Thankyou!
I enjoyed this quick read and found the restating of mainstream, low carb diet keys easy to follow. My husband has gotten to his goal weight within two months (he dropped 23 lbs). I am a new recruit & look forward to the coming results.
