As new recruits of the secret Time Travelers Administration, they are to find the mastermind behind the Evanston Massacre of 2021. This tragedy rocked California to its core as the wealthy family brought much stability to their economy. The ones responsible for the entire family's untimely deaths were never found but with the advent of time travel, things have changed.
