When the fateful day arrives and she meets Darian for the first time, she is nearly destroyed by his unequivocal rejection. His continued denial of their destined relationship has her doubting her own self worth and the visions she has had all her life.

Darian is teetering on the edge. He refuses to acknowledge Amelia as his mate and shadows continue to spread across his heart. He has grown used to the emptiness in his soul and almost fears the barrage of emotions she elicits. When an unexpected tragedy sends Darian spiraling into a hopeless abyss, will Amelia have the strength to pull him out, or will she succumb to her own darkness?

This book was amazing! Amelia was just as quirky as Meryn and I find that each new addition to the family brings their own brand of uniqueness that is as refreshing as it is fun. I love how no couple is the same and everyone is a giant family. They support and love each other as brother, sisters, and friends. I also find myself jealous of Ryuu's cooking! I wish he were real so I could try it!

Amelia is so funny

Darian and Amelia were a good match. Fun and exciting read. I love this series so far. I do wish for more action, but love the humor and the characters of course. Amelia is a dreamer. So cheerful. Darian, at this point in time is struggling. Her determination is exactly what he needs. On to Kendrick’s story.

When you think what's going to happen next you're thrown of your tracks and blown away by the outcome. Darian and Amelia had to fight harder for each other than most, their story is just as compelling as the others. Although the ending was heartbreaking I'm looking forward to what will come next. 💋
