Horrible nutritional advice

I have to use this book for my nutrition class and I cringe more and more as I read through this. Canola oil healthy? Bagels healthy? Low-fat products healthy? Cereal? Seriously? Some of the worst food to eat. If you are serious about real health DO NOT look to this book for actual healthy nutrition.
