Are they members of a gang of wily thieves who sneak into partied given by wealthy people and steal jewels and art treasures? The clue of the velvet mask was spectacular 3 reasons why it was so great was1 there was always some kind of excitement.2 everywhere nancy went she would run into some small clue.3 was the book didn't focuse on the mystery the whole time they went to a picnic and it sounded like Ned andNancy had A great time while solving the mystery.
