In fact, Nancy aims the ingredients at specific goals, such as increased energy, healing and weight loss. For example, her recipe for "De-stresser" combines guava juice, banana, raspberries and yogurt in a drink that calms and nourishes the body; her "Big Bang or Chocolate Power" is a complete, creamy meal in itself, meant to boost endorphins and to lift the spirit.
