Publisher Description
From New York Times bestselling author Jay Crownover comes the fourth book in the Marked Men series.
Saint Ford has worked hard to achieve her childhood dream of becoming of nurse. Focused on her work and devoted to her patients, there’s no room for love. She doesn’t need a guy making waves in her calm, serene life—especially when he’s the unforgettable hottie who nearly destroyed her in high school. Dark, brooding Nash Donovan might not remember her or the terrible pain he caused. But he turned her world upside down . . . and now he’s trying to do it again.
Saint has no idea that Nash isn’t the cocky player he once was. Uncovering a devastating family secret has rocked his world, and now he’s struggling to figure out his future. He can’t be distracted by the pretty nurse he seems to meet everywhere. Still, he can’t ignore the sparks that fly between them—or how she seems so desperate to get away from him. But the funny, sweet, and drop-dead gorgeous Saint is far too amazing to give up on—especially since she’s the only thing in his life that seems to make sense.
When Nash discovers the truth about their past, he realizes he may have lost her heart before he could even fight for it. Now, Saint has to decide: is Nash worth risking herself for all over again?
PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
Crownover wraps up her Marked Men series in safe mode, giving Asa Cross maybe the baddest of her bad-boy heroes a convenient redemption plot. After a terrifying near-death experience, Asa quits his life of crime and petty larceny, gets a job as a bartender, and determinedly makes monthly installment payments on his massive medical bills. What could best complete this picture of straight-and-narrowness? Falling for Royal Hastings, the cop who arrested him the last time he dabbled in crime. As luck would have it, this sexy officer yearns for nothing less than slapping cuffs on Asa once again preferably so as to attach him to the headboard of a bed. What might have been an edgy plot with spiky sex is instead predicable and tame.

Would have been 5 stars
I enjoyed Nash story line but I really disliked Saint. She was written very childish and annoying. I get what she went through and how it impacts someone’s life but at some point you have to leave the past in the past and she was just TOO much.
It was good
I give it 4 stars because I was getting a little annoyed with one of the main characters explaining how horrible the past had been for them. Like "ok I get it!!! Blah blah blah move on!" But everything else about the book was nice. You know, the playing hard to get girl, the super hot man and his friends, sex and a bit of suspense. Read it if you like cheesy ;p I like cheesy.
So cute….
Love this series…💗💗💗
