National Exposure Disaster for Dyster

The whole town's talking about it, but the daily papers ignored it completely. Kind of odd, in that they generally make a pretty big deal out of it when Niagara Falls gets featured in a national news magazine. The magazine is Bloomberg's Business Week. The author of the article is a distinguished young man named Andrew Rice, who once parachuted into Uganda to do a book about that country in the aftermath of Idi Amin, making him an ideal candidate to write about our fair city, a Third World disaster smack in the heart of the most progressive state in our First World nation.
