Publisher Description
One unforgettable night...with the wrong man.
If there’s one thing Liza excels at it’s making bad decisions. Which is why she knew it was stupid to invite the guy she’d just started dating to the gala she was hosting. When he gets overly familiar, she asks him to leave. He refuses…
Until sinfully sexy billionaire, Matt Russo, intervenes, leading to Liza’s worst decision ever. Because a holiday hook-up with Matt, her family’s enemy, would definitely land her on the naughty list for life.
If Matt’s past has taught him anything, it’s that true love doesn’t exist. Then he spies Liza—the only threat to his simple existence—across the hotel ballroom. A slow dance leads to a heated embrace that ends in his hotel room. And for the first time ever, he imagines a very different future for himself.
Unfortunately, it’s one he can never have.

Is it hot in here…or is it them!?
Oh my...Liza Moretti and Matt Russo are getting their story told, and it is spicy! This little nugget is a prequel to their full length story, but it is so satisfying for a quick read.
An interesting encounter at a charity ball gives us more hints that we've ever had into the chemistry between the pair that's been simmering and masquerading as hate for in the last 5 or so books in the series. They both show uncharacteristic vulnerability, which means there is bound to be plenty of push and pull heat coming up! I cannot wait!!
Short but steamy!
Short but steamy! Book 6 of Italian Stallions Series gives us a teaser that will have you wanting more of Liza and Matt’s story. Their relationship takes a turn after a night with dates ends differently when they find themselves together. I loved the sizzle and chemistry between the characters and I cannot wait to see what happens next in this newest release that does disappoint.
Immersively funny and passionate
NAUGHTY AND NICE is the introductory novella for Matt Russo and Liza Moretti’s story in Mari Carr’s utterly delicious Italian Stallions series. Matt and Liza’s families have some antagonistic history between them, to put it mildly. Working together on a foundation devoted to helping house women and children in need allows them to see the good they each accomplish, and view the other with respect, however grudging.
On the night of the gala, that building tension escalates to the point of ignition…and it changes these two permanently. It is a delight to see Matt and Liza discover how fully themselves they find they can be with each other. Mari Carr’s writing is immersive and funny and passionate. Naughty and Nice is all of those, and I cannot wait for the rest of Liza and Matt’s story in Tempted and Taken!
