“5 stars!!! Smart, funny, sexy and all around wonderful!” -Book Babes Unite Blog
“Such a fun read! A quirky, nerdy, shy girl and a sexy, hot alpha male.” -Goodreads reviewer
There are three things you need to know about Janie Morris: 1) She is incapable of engaging in a conversation without volunteering TMTI (Too Much Trivial Information), especially when she is unnerved, 2) No one unnerves her more than Quinn Sullivan, and 3) She doesn't know how to knit.
After losing her boyfriend, apartment, and job in the same day, Janie Morris can't help wondering what new torment fate has in store.
To her utter mortification, Quinn Sullivan—aka Sir McHotpants—witnesses it all then keeps turning up like a pair of shoes you lust after but can't afford. The last thing she expects is for Quinn to make her an offer she can't refuse.

APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
No job. No boyfriend. Nowhere to live. The day isn’t exactly going well for Janie Morris—until an incredibly handsome stranger offers her the opportunity of a lifetime. There’s more than one catch, of course, and it’s a delight to read on as Janie navigates (well, awkwardly fumbles through) a tumultuous, yet exciting time in her life. She’s a flawed heroine: her anxious overthinking, often on display via her blurting out of random facts and details to those around her, makes her character resoundingly human, adding humorous relatability to this romantic comedy. Lighthearted, fun and easy to read, Neanderthal Seeks Human has us excited about the rest of Penny Reid’s Knitting in the City series.

Neanderthal Seeks Human
I loved these characters. I wanted to join their knitting group and hear all of their stories. Quinn was the perfect alpha male silent type. I loved how he admired her weirdness as much if not more than her beauty.
This is a really fun read.
What a cute and different book. The main female character is so unique and says the most unexpected things that will make you smile and giggle.
Talking out loud when reading
I haven't laughed, gasped and commented out loud while reading a book in a long time. I enjoyed this book and cannot wait to read the next one.
