A friends to lovers/enemies to lovers feels fest…
I love Evie, immersed in a man’s world she still manages to stand out. Being a marine may not have been her thing but what she learned from her grandfather made her an inventor and a survivor. This tale features two of my favorite tropes, friends to lovers for Evie and Gage who have known each other most of their lives and enemies to lovers for Sawyer and our just emerging couple. While you could get bogged down in the sadness of some of the characters their strength of will and inner goodness move them forward and ramp up the angst. I can’t not mention the sexy times that will have you bringing out a fan, so steamy! Ménage at its finest and a geek girl’s dream come true. Great read.
