Not so bad
I wanted to read a book from Candace Fox as I had just finished watching season 2 of CrimsonLake which is based on her books. I like the series. This book is not as bad as some of the reviews made it out to be. I hated the animal maiming though only 2 items on it. I used to like Patterson but him co-writing with various authors and writing a book a day, it seems, like water running through a colander, not much there. It seemed long and I started to skim chapters to get to the end. I do sort of like the short chapters but….overall, it was just ok. Won’t read anymore of Blue, she’s not like-able and I hope all law enforcement is not like her but more and more authors must portray officers as bad as the criminal, not stable. It’s scary.

Never going to buy this authors books again. Once these guys start collaborating with other writers, it's all over. This book was so disappointing.

I actually read the hard copy of Never Never and I can honestly say I kinda liked it but it definitely wasn’t James Patterson best book ever. But I’ll give it a good 3
