Never Say Goodbye is book 2 of Canyon Creek, CO by Lori Ryan and Kay Manis about childhood best friends and final chance to get it right.
Elle Noble and Emmett Sumner where childhood best friends who grew into high school sweethearts and had planned their future together but a misunderstanding and no communication tore them apart. Elle left and was on her way to becoming a professional dancer but receives some devastating news and fate being fate connects Elle and Emmett for a one night before she slips from his room again with no word...jump ahead 5 years and they meet again...only Emmett is determined to not let her near his heart again. Can these two find a way to move forward and heal the past in order to find their HEA??
This story has anger, hurt, devastating news, tears (Kleenex needed) but a love that transcends time!!
Never Say Goodbye
Cried from start to finish. Brought back all that a sister-in-law went through for 39 years before the cancer got the best of her. Like Elle, she fought the good fight.
Unlike Elle, she elected lumpectomy.
Great story
This book had a great story line. The reason I gave the book only three stars was because of the huge amount of fowl language. There were cuss words on every page. Just not for me.
