I read this book when I was 10. That was two years ago, and I’m honestly still in love with this series. I cannot stress enough how many times I’ve laughed, shrieked with excitement, and literally cried over this series. Honestly, sometimes I forget the characters aren’t real people! I would recommend this series to anyone who enjoys fantasy and adventure, with a wee bit of romance.

I think because I just started reading this book at 13 and have read SO many grate books I cannot enjoy it as much as I think I would have I ben 9 and only read the Percy Jackson as the gateway to my obsession over books. Disappointed I didn’t read the series sooner because I can successfully guess every plot before it happens so far. Though overall I love the idea of the elven world Shannon Messenger has created 🙂

What is up with the pacifist thing?!😡 These people need some proper combat skills!! I love this series😍, but some of the details in the ending are really ticking me off!😡 And can we all agree that every time Keefe tries the summer breeze thing you want Sophie to shove him off, get violent, and show these neverseen dudes the wrath of the human race?!😡😡😡 AND HER HUMAN PARENTS ARE HORRIBLE!😡😡😡 I mean with her dad I don’t think he was fully aware of what was happening, but her mom KNEW, and she just FORGOT HER with no hesitation at ALL!!!😡 And I honestly hate elves. They can’t cope with grief, or the slightest sight of blood or the thought of eating a living creature. If there so perfect then why is their community and basic way of life so STUPID!?😡😡😡 I do not hate this book this is simply my request for a painful end for the people who try to influence invalid information upon Sophie.
