As a realtor, I often am looking for ways to improve. But, frequently, I have found myself immensely disappointed with the offerings. Most material in real estate seems to focus on the sale, the commission, the paycheck, convincing people. While I won’t say Ninja doesn’t include elements of this, the focus is on the process of how to get those things to materialize, rather than push for the result. It has changed my entire perspective on the industry, on how to do business, and even has proven useful in every day life. Following an abundance mindset that provides value, trusting your own work and allowing clients to make decisions that are best for them is the core of this, and it’s exactly the right mindset for my personality. It’s also a very different set of ideas than a lot of industry coaches and classes push to program new agents into. If you love working in real estate, but the traditional ideas aren’t quite clicking for you, definitely check this out. Follow through with the teachings and I absolutely believe your business will grow
