Police officer Mike Forrester has to investigate the woman in a glowing tangerine bubble. When he touches her he is transported one hundred years into the future. Scientist Shauna Wentworth never intends to bring Mike Forrester home to her time. Together, they uncover a conspiracy that will rock the world.
